In this course, you will learn about asbestos in the construction industry and the dangers of its exposure. You will go over the OSHA regulations for demolishing or salvaging structures where asbestos is present; for removing or encapsulating asbestos-containing material (ACM); for constructing, altering, repairing, maintaining, or renovating asbestos-containing structures or substrates; for installing asbestos-containing products; for cleaning up asbestos spills/emergencies; and for transporting, disposing, storing, containing, and housekeeping involving asbestos or asbestos-containing products on a construction site.
