Establishments that serve food in Alaska are required to have at least one person designated as the Certified Food Protection Manager. Some establishments may require additional food handler education at lower levels of employment. Our course is fully approved by the Alaska Food Safety and Sanitation Program and takes between 4 to 12 hours to complete.
