The 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC) is a comprehensive model code developed by the International Code Council (ICC) in collaboration with the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). The ISPSC establishes minimum requirements for the design, construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, and aquatic facilities. It applies to both public and residential installations, making it the only model code that covers all types of pools and spas.
