Limited Residential Contractor – BC-A/r (PSTCC)
$329.99
Contractors may apply for a Limited License with a BC-A/r classification, which restricts residential contractors to building in the amount of $125,000 or less. In lieu of the exams, they may attend a course at a community college. All other application requirements must be fulfilled, including a personal board interview. This course is offered online through Pellissippi State Community College. PSTCC will issue a certificate upon completion. @HomePrep is a National Leader in online education.
