Brad has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Michigan, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, and Texas.
