How do I login to my account?

What devices are compatible with your courses?

Please, make sure you are using the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser. If you encounter issues please clear out your browser cookies and cache and restart your device; this will most likely fix the issue. If using a mobile device, please make sure you have the most recent operating system and Google Chrome browser app installed.

How can I obtain a duplicate copy of a certificate of completion?

You can print additional copies of your certificate of completion by logging in to your account, going to ‘My Courses’, browsing to the specific course, and clicking the icon that looks like a little certificate on your previously completed course.

My course has expired. What are my options?

All of our courses come with 1 year of initial access. After your access has expired, we can give you a one-time free 30-day extension. We are unable to give any additional free extensions beyond this for any reason.

If you need additional time beyond this, you will be charged 50% of the original price for another 1 year of access. Please call us at 800-952-0910 to re-enroll.

Credit was not given for a completed section.

First, do not repeat the lesson. Occasionally, a lesson may not show completed on your screen. This can happen due to a number of reasons ranging from a firewall or the web browser you are using. We have an additional tracking system to verify your progress on our end.

If you are showing a section as “Incomplete,” but have completed it, please contact us.

Can I take my training on a smartphone or tablet?

Yes! Our website is completely mobile compatible. Feel free to use your phone or tablet to take a course.

Will my course be submitted to my state board?

Yes! We send completion reports to applicable state boards every business day. State boards can take up to 72 hours to reflect the completions  in their system. To see if you will be submitted, please click here.

Can you help me complete my state license application?

Yes! We can assist with filing all required paperwork to start your business, obtain your license, or license renewal. Please click here to send a message to our application processing department.

Do you have the books I need for my exam prep course?

Yes! Please check our bookstore for the required textbooks for your state exam.

If you are not sure which license would best suit your business needs, please contact your state board. They will be able to guide you and help you choose the best license type.
