Leadership Team Sue Schuler Brock Executive Director Sue Schuler-Brock Sue Schuler-Brock is the Executive Director at At Home Prep. She holds a bachelor's degree from Saginaw Valley State University with a concentration in Education, History, and English Literature. She has spent her early career teaching at various class levels before accepting a position with At Home Prep in 2012. She has held various positions during her tenure with AHP, including: but not limited to Shipping Manager, Customer Service Manager, Publications Manager, Bookkeeper, and Operations Manager, before accepting the position of Executive Director. Sue ran a successful business in Michigan with her husband until 2007 when they moved to Tennessee. Sue has been a part of the construction community in East Tennessee since 2014. Sue lives in Seymour, Tennessee and enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her little farm, and time out on the lake. Kim Johnson Director of Education Kim Johnson Kim holds a B.S. in Business Education and a M.Ed. in Education. She has been in the field of education for over 20 years as a classroom teacher, technology specialist, compliance specialist and instructional coach. Her goal is to work closely with her team to provide a quality learning environment which results in student success. Charles Quade Director of Operations Charles Quade Charles Quade is our Director of Operations with over 29 years in operations and 16 years in shipping and logistics. Charles strives every day to provide operational excellence for all our students for a "5 star" experience. When not spending time with his family, Charles is either fishing, hunting or cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. LeeAnn Johnson Accounting Director LeeAnn Johnson LeeAnn Johnson is the Accountant for AtHomePrep. She attended South College and Ashford University for Accounting & Business Administration. She also holds IICRC certifications in the construction industry such as Applied Science of Drying, Water Damage Restoration, and Xactimate. LeeAnn has spent 23 years of her career in the construction industry with various roles such as Accountant, General Manager, and an Insurance Claims Specialist. She has also been a Field Auditor and a Fraud Investigator before accepting the Accountant position at AtHomePrep. LeeAnn lives in Knoxville, TN with her husband, 4 children, a daughter-in-law, and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and being involved in the sport of rodeo. She has a passion for animals- especially horses and cattle. Natalie Miller Director of Customer Service Natalie Miller Natalie is the Customer Service Director with nearly 20 years of experience in customer service. Passionate about delivering exceptional service, she works diligently to ensure her team provides the same level of care and attention. Natalie holds a Business Administration diploma and is in the final stages of completing her Associate's in Business Administration from Rockford College. Her diverse background also includes various certifications and licenses in the medical field, which allows her to bring a unique perspective to customer interactions. Outside of work, Natalie resides in Dandridge, TN, with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time on the lake, working out, and embracing the outdoors, especially when it involves her dogs, JJ and Maggie. Joshua Daniels Marketing, Partnerships, & Website Logistics Joshua Daniels Joshua Daniels is the Marketing, Partnership, and Website Logistics Director at At Home Prep. He attended Walter State, in Morristown and The University of Tennessee, in Knoxville for Mass Communication and Video Production. He also holds 7 certificates in various technology and business fields, including Networking, Business Management, Personnel Management, Audio Engineering, Video Engineering, Lighting Design, and Low Voltage Electronics. Joshua was a director for a successful production company in Florida after college for nearly a decade, until he moved back to Tennessee in 2021. Joshua has been a part of the marketing and website industry since his first role involving marketing in 2011. Joshua has held various positions during his tenure with AHP, including: Logistics Coordinator and Website Coordinator before accepting the position of Director of Marketing, Partnerships, & Website Logistics. Joshua lives in Knoxville, Tennessee. He enjoys going to concerts, conventions, and other local events in the Knoxville area, as well as rebuilding cars, doing videography, and directing short films as a hobby.
