For off-premise alcohol sales, employees are required to take seller server training before the sale of alcohol can occur.
The benefits to completing training include being able to hire servers from a wider base of people in the area, the ability to effectively manage the alcohol consumption of patrons in the establishment, and being more prepared to protect yourself from problem situations such as lawsuits and accidents.
