Requirements to Fulfill Oregon Code Related Electrical Continuing Education (4 Hours)

Continuing education is part of the requirements for renewing most licenses.

The table below gives the requirements for each license type.

*Limited Building Maintenance Electrician (BME), Limited Elevator Journeyman Electrician (E), Limited Stage Electrician (ST), and the Limited Maintenance Manufactured Structures Electrician (LMM) are exempt from continuing education requirements.

CR – Code related

Note: A portion of continuing education credits must be from code change (CC) courses. You have not met the continuing education requirements for license renewal if you do not have the correct number of code change continuing education credits.
