Wisconsin Dwelling Qualifier Education (Initial Training)

In the state of Wisconsin, in order to obtain building permits to do general construction on one- or two-family dwellings, it is required that a Dwelling Contractor card and a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier card be obtained. Our state-approved initial training course consists of 200 graded questions that equal 12 hours of course credit.
