Requirements To Fulfill Alabama Electrical License Continuing Education
To renew their license, Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifiers must complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years:
- Course topics
- As of November 1, 2022, four hours of the 12 hours must cover construction laws and codes, contracts, liability, and risk management
Renewal process
- You can renew your license online using the eSLA portal. You’ll need to upload a copy of your certificates of completion and pay a $30 renewal fee. The state will mail you a renewal notice at least 30 days before your license expires.

For every renewal cycle, all licensed Wisconsin Dwelling Contractors must complete 12 Hours of Continuing Education
- To view your current CE hours completed see the eSLA Public Lookup page, enter your credential number, and click on your name.
- As of November 1, 2022 Wis. Stat. §101.654 (1m)(b)1 at least 4 of the 12 hours of required CE must focus on construction laws and codes and contracts, liability, and risk management.
- To attest that the completed CE included at least 4 hours of focus on the above topics, complete and submit DCQCEAttestationForm
- Course is worth 8 credit hours
- Available online for via home study
- Contains only 80 graded questions
- Upon completion you will receive a certificate of completion and we will notify the state
