William R. Mincks is a Certified Professional Constructor (AIC) and a member of AACE International. He has taught construction management at Washington State University, South Dakota University, and Boise State University. Mincks is experienced in various areas of construction and consults on project management, construction quality management, and housing issues. 

Hal Johnston is a past Certified Professional Estimator (ASPE) for 30 years and is a licensed (inactive) general contractor in the State of California. He is a Professor Emeritus of Construction Management at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. Johnston was a Visiting Professor in the Department of Construction Management and Economics, Civil Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague (CVUT) for several years and continues to teach in the department as an outside lecturer.
