Florida Certified/Registered Electrical Contractor Continuing Education (11 Hours)


11 hours of board-approved continuing education are required each 2-year period prior to the renewal of certified and registered electrical contractors. The continuing education must include 7 hours on technical subjects (including 1 hour of FBC advanced module course), 1 hour on workers’ compensation, 1 hour on workplace safety, 1 hour on business practices, and 1 hour of laws and rules.
