Florida Contractor Continuing Education (14 Hours)
In the state of Florida, all State Registered and Certified Contractors and Inspectors are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education prior to their renewal period. All Dade County licensed contractors must complete 16 hours of CE. Architects and Engineers are also required to complete designated hours. Our courses are approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. All state level licenses will be submitted by our Submissions Department the business day following course completion. County level licenses at the will need to be self submitted by the licensee.

Brad is knowledgeable in ASME, IBC, IFC, IFGC, IMC, NFPA, and UMC codes and standards. In addition, his background in R&D, quality assurance, manufacturing, machine, and thermal design systems, project management, validation, and testing brings real-world experience relating concepts to students. Brad has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Michigan, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, and Texas.
