We offer highlighting guides to draw attention to key points throughout the book and tabs (sold separately) to allow you to find key sections quickly. We encourage you to take the practice exams multiple times as the questions on the test change each time.

After completing four years (for a total of 8,000 hours) as an apprentice working under an electrical contractor, you will be ready to take the journeyman’s exam. It will then take another two years as a journeyman (with a total of 4,000 hours of additional work under a contractor, including a minimum of 2,000 hours of commercial work) to take the electrical contractor’s exam. This course includes highlighting guides, practice tests, theory, calculations, instructor support and test taking tips/strategies.
